Refunds & Excahanges
We offer a 28 day refund Policy for the value of the item you purchase.
Please Note :-
We will only accept items for a refund that are returned within 28 days of purchase after that we will only exchange an item if it is faulty.
Any item being returned for refund or exchange needs to be unused and in the original packaging.
How to return a item :-
To return a item you need to print the PDF form avaliable here and follow he instructions on it :-We will not accept under any circumstances returns that do not have the fully completed returns form and RA Number, they will be, resealed, marked “Return To Sender” and handed back to the Royal Mail,
Also Before Sending a item Please Note
Refunds will be done in the same way as you paid i.e. if you paid by PayPal it will go back into your PayPal account, if you paid by card it willl be refunded back onto the same card used to pay.
Please allow at least 12 days for a refund to appear as it can take 2-4 days for your parcel to reach us, Returns are then only processed twice a week and also it can take 3-5 for a credit to appear on your credit card/bank statement.
Please also note for health and safety reasons we will not offer refunds on headphones or bluetooth headsets once the seal has been broken. We will only exchange faulty items on a like for like basis. Please make sure you wish to keep the product before you open the seal.We may charge a small fee for the use of our Freepost address if a item is not faulty.
